To explore this in more depth, we interviewed teaching practitioners from further education (FE) colleges and an industry training board to understand what digital skills are currently being taught, what learners will need in the future, and where the biggest opportunities and challenges lie.

Chatbots and Student Wellbeing: An Emerging Challenge for FE and HE

Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a future concept in mental health support – it is already part of everyday life. More than one in three adults (37%) say they have used an AI chatbot to support their mental health or wellbeing.
